It's easy to forget, but every browser has a Find feature. In most browsers, just select the Edit menu from the tool bar at the top of the browser. One of the menu options is Find. The Find on a browser menu works just like the Find feature in almost any Windows application - it lets you search the text of the current Web page.
To look for any word in the open Web page, just select Find. Enter a word in the Find box and select the FindNow button. If you enter the word searchhelp in the Find box now and select the FindNow button, the next occurence of searchhelp in this file is highlighted.
Note: Find searches are always case insensitive.
